THE COTTAGE
By creating this cottage, I wanted to give a new life to a part of my house that has become too big. This space is nearby my private space, but remains independant, thanks to an individual entrance in the front and a patio open on the valley at the back. The large garden is common, plantations respect the privacy of each. On request and subject to acceptance, your dog can accompany you for this beneficial stay - fenced garden.
DESCRIPTION
Ground floor
The kitchen - very well equipped - is open to the living room. (dishwasher – fridge – cooking-plates - microwave - nesspresso – toaster) The living room with flat screen TV – HD TV Channels - Wifi Extra bed (3rd person)
THE PATIO
The covered patio at the back is oriented to the west - barbecue - outdoor furniture ... Sun for dinner
THE TERRACE
The front terrace is exposed to the east ....... Sun at breakfast
Upstairs the bedroom
The bedroom (double bed) with many cupboards – baby bed on request

The bathroom area - shower - sink - separate toilet

RATES : All charges included Extra charges: tourist tax: 1 € / night / person obligatory cleaning: 40 € Carefree Weekend: Beds made on arrival + Bath towels / toilet / kitchen / soap / shampoo kit - supplement of 16 € / person Even better: Breakfast served at the time of your choice - supplement of 12 € / person Your dog will accompany you on holidays: subject to acceptance by the owner - supplement of 20 € / stay Arrivals as from 5pm and departures before 11am A 30 % deposit is to be paid to confirm the reservation on the account of La cassine de Patou The balance will be paid 2 weeks before the start of the stay. A 200 € deposit is to be given on arrival - it will be returned after the checkout if everything is in order in the holiday home at your departure.
